In learning to be successful in groups, it is important for others to learn distinct skills and how to correctly apply them to achieve their goal. Not only this, but one must learn how to effectively communicate in their group with others as well, which will benefit future projects. Having the opportunity to apply norms, leadership, and roles from one group to another may allow others to achieve group success.Group EffectivenessIn order to effectively pursue our goal of the project, skills of collaborating, communication, and group-decision making. To work effectively, I first look at the work that needs to be prioritized and what will be the hardest task to accompli
