There is much need for organs around the world, here in the US alone there is approximately over 90,000 kidney transplant candidates on the waiting list according to the (UNOS.org) and about 11 individuals lose their lives while waiting for a kidney every day. Here in the US and many other countries it is illegal to sell an organ for money. Except for Iran, where legitimate financial recompense is provided for healthy human organs, the issue still exists worldwide. People will keep dying while waiting for life transplants if there aren't enough contributions. Over the course of eight years, we found 331 possible organ donors who had brain death. 808 org
