1Clinical Field Experience C: Applying Intervention StrategiesGrand Canyon University485: SPD 2After conducting two sessions, two effective implementation strategies were identified: partner reading and the use of grade-level materials provided by the educator to the paraprofessional. These materials are designed for students to successfully engage during 35- minute small group station rotations. Students responded positively to the activity, particularly because they were able to read with peers and then demonstrate their understanding through repeated readings and read-aloud to the teacher. This allowed the teacher to collect data on student progress and comprehension, which was then shared with families and instructional teams to help track growth and determine readiness for advancement. The approach not only encouraged academic growth but also helped students step out of their comfort
